A professional axe for working in the same way as the “fallers” of the old days.
Hand forged out of a solid piece of steel and carefully tempered and sharpened. This traditional American single-bit axe was asked for by Geoffrey Burke, boat-builder and axe man in New Hampshire. He and an axe collector, Lawrence Lyford, put in a lot of effort to help us build the right model.
The head weighs 3.3 lb and the face of the bit is 4 1/2”. The axe has an American hickory handle, 31” or 35”. It comes with a grain-leather sheath .

Wie immer, klasse teil!!
Habe mir gerade erst die axt bestellt. Es waren ein paar wenige und doch sehr kleine kratzer und kerben im stiel, aber nach ein wenig nachbearbeitung mit schleifpapier und neu ölen, ist die axt nun absolut perfekt und sehr schön. Versand ging super einfach und flott. Bin nun ein sehr zufriedener neukunde und werde auch sehr gerne wieder bei wolfknives kaufen!

Sehr gute Axt
Es ist die Beste Axt, die ich jemals hatte. Im Vergleich zu einer Fiskars Axt finde ich den Holzstiel angenehmer. Versand und Abwicklung wie immer top!!

Super Axt
Ich habe mir diese Axt nach reichlich Überlegung gekauft, da ich mein neues Waldstück traditionell bewirtschaften möchte. Um gestandene Bäume zu fällen ist die Axt wirklich top! Superscharf, ordentlich Gewicht und liegt gut in der Hand. Der Versand ging auch sehr schnell, Alles in Allem top!

Eine Axt zum verlieben. Gränsfors Äxte sind für mich die besten auf dem Markt. Diese Fällaxt ist so scharf, ich habe mir damit den Arm rasiert :-D Von den verwendeten Materialien bis hin zur Optik perfekt. Sie liegt gut in der Hand und reißt mit jedem Hieb ein dickes Stück Holz aus dem Stamm. Als nächstes probier ich die hudson bay axt von Wetterlings, mal sehen was die so kann.
