Fallkniven A1 left-handed - The ultimate survival knife, blade length 160 mm, Blade thickness 6 mm, total length 280 mm, 310 g, convex blade profile, steel Lam. VG 10 (59 HRC), including Zytelsheath.
The knife belongs to the A1 model preferred personal equipment of soldiers. The military on the one hand a strong, reliable and secure knives are preferred, on the other hand is heavy and cumbersome equipment are avoided. The same claims are applicable also in the civilian sector - who will not have a reliable assistant to a belt, for example, if you want to go camping for a week in the open air? Despite its size, the Model A1 is smooth and balanced - in international comparison, it belongs to the best that is available anywhere. The 6 mm thick laminated steel blade VG 10 is very strong, and because the blade is provided with a convex edge, it also cuts especially in wood. Since the rear part of the blade (Angel) with almost full width through the whole knife handle (visible at the shank end), you can hit this part of the knife without it breaking. The ergonomically shaped shaft fits comfortably in the hand and prevents fatigue. Model A1 is impervious to water and always ready to use - in extreme cold as well as the oppressive heat.
The blade is made of laminated steel VG 10 with a blade made of VG 10 steel, and the sides are made of hard, stainless 420J2 steel. This combination is unquestionably the best, since it brings together all conceivable and desirable properties such as resilience, resistance, long lasting sharpness, etc. in a single knife.

Bei meinen ersten Bau eines Survivalcamp hat mir dieses Messer hilfreich zur Seite gestanden.
Das Fällhiven A1 liegt sehr gut in der Hand und hat ein ausgewogenes Gewicht.

Bench stone DC 521, diamond stone (coarse), ceramic stone (fine). DC521 is a bench stone of a less common category, since it offers two different kinds of stones. The yellow part is a fast and aggressive diamond stone, while the dark is a slow, very fine ceramic stone. Both surfaces are precision flat, which is a prerequisite for perfect sharpening results. The diamond stone works fast and should be used if the edge is very thick. The sharpness obtained is usually enough for everyday tasks. The ceramic whetstone works much more slowly and gives a smoother, razor-sharp edge when necessary. For tools and chef knives, this bench stone is among the best we can offer. It comes in a nice gift box, and sharpening advises are added.
CC4 combination ceramic/ceramic whetstone We're happy to present something everyone has been waiting for - a combination ceramic/ceramic whetstone that will handle your finest sharpening needs. The newly-developed CC4 whetstone consists of a super fine ceramic stone (white side) (0,1 micron) and a ceramic stone, made of synthetic sapphires (dark gray) (1 micron). You don't need any lubrication for these stones but now and then you should consider cleaning them with water and liquid soap. A leather pouch is included. After restoring the edge to original shape, de-burr the edge lightly with the grey side of the ceramic stone in order to get a razor-sharp edge. Use no oil or water.Start by laying the blade flat on the stone, raise the blade spine approx. the thickness of the blade, and start moving the knife in circular motions.
