Byakudan-Zai Nakiri chef's knife with Damascus blade hand-forged from 32 layers of "Wild Damascus", polished on both sides, fragrant sandalwood handle, blade length 16.5 cm, 30.5 cm total length, blade thickness 2.5 mm, weight 155 g
