Conditions of Use

All orders are exclusively subject to our conditions of delivery and payment. Differing conditions require our express written approval.

Shipping Costs within Europe: Orders of over € 300.00 are delivered free of charge. Orders of under € 300.00 to the following countries are charged a flat fee of € 9.00 net for shipping and handling: Belgium, Denmark, France, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria. Orders of under € 300.00 to the following countries are charged a flat fee of € 18.00 net for shipping and handling. Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Macedonia, Rumania, Russia, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, Ukraine, Vatican City, Belarus, Cyprus. Shipping Costs to Non-European Countries: We export to all countries. The shipping costs for overseas shipments including packaging, postage, transport insurance and export customs clearance are billed at actual cost.

Terms of Payment Paying with Paypal (www.paypal.com) is the most reasonable and least complicated method of payment. We also accept payments by international bank transfer.

Partial Shipments We reserve the right to make partial shipments when a certain item is out of stock if this serves to expedite processing of the order. Partial shipments are subject to our terms of payment.

 Reservation of Change We reserve the right to alter technical specifications without notice. All items are subject to the reasonable variations common in trade with respect to dimension, weight, color and grain (for wood products).

 2-Year Warranty All of the products we sell are backed by a 2-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

 14-Day Return Policy Products can be returned for a full refund, exchange or credit within 14 days of receipt. This policy does not extend to used or custom-made products.

Reservation of Property Rights All delivered goods remain the property of Dick GmbH until all due payments resulting from our association with the buyer are made in full (if checks or bills of exchange are given as payment, until they have cleared). Before goods are paid in full they may be disposed of only in the proper course of business. They may not be transferred to third parties nor given as security until they are paid in full.

Reservation of Delivery We reserve the right to cancel a delivery, partially or in full, due to unforeseen circumstances such as strike, war, fire, acts of government, natural disasters, traffic delays, etc.

 Data Storage Customer data is stored and used in accordance with the German Federal Law of Data Protection (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz).

 Place of Payment and Jurisdiction Landshut/Kumhausen (D-84036) is the place of performance of all deliveries and payments as well as court of jurisdiction. All contractual relations are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. International mercantile laws are not applicable.

 VAT Identification Numbers for EU Customers If you are an EU customer, please specify whether you have a VAT ID or not. If you have a VAT ID, you do not have to pay the German VAT. If you do not have a VAT ID or do not indicate your VAT ID on your order form, we are legally bound by EU tax laws to add the German VAT. This regulation only applies to customers from countries within the European Union. Any exports to other countries are not subject to VAT.
